This unique event "with an extra d for dirty" has grown in popularity since its beginnings in 1992. You don't need to be an expert player; you just need to be willing to get a little (or a lot) muddy.
The real reason for playing is to support the health of all babies. The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Funds support March of Dimes programs of research, services, education and advocacy. These aim to help mothers have healthy pregnancies and give all babies a healthy start.
