Two bodies found inside Kissimmee home

Osceola County deputies are investigating after two bodies were found inside a home.

Investigators say they got on scene at around 7 p.m. Saturday night.

Neighbors say Meadow Oak Circle, near Kissimmee, was soon filled with cop cars.

“There were some officers knocking door-to-door asking if anyone had heard any gunshots in the last two to three days,” said neighbor Jose Rivera. “We said, ‘No.’ And they continued to visit the other houses.”

Deputies have not said how the two people died, or released any information about who they are.

Neighbors say an elderly couple lives in the home.

They say the two residents are known for working on their elaborate garden.

“Generally, very nice and out and about in the community. They even planted some flowers on our yard,” said Josue Carro, who lives next door.

More than 24 hours after the investigation began, a squad car remained in front of the home Sunday night.

Some neighbors want to know if they should be worried about their own safety.

“I need to know because I’ve got to protect my family, too. We live three houses down,” Rivera said. “Everybody tells me, ‘It’s still under investigation. They can’t talk.’”
