Police arrest suspect who robbed bank, dumped money

Daytona Beach police say they have arrested a man who they say robbed a Wells Fargo Bank Saturday morning.
Police arrested Anthony Carpino Sunday evening and charged him with bank robbery. Carpino was arrested at Magnolia and Jean Street.
Police said they were originally called to the Wells Fargo Bank at 441 Seabreeze Blvd. around 9:15 a.m., Saturday for a report for a robbery.
Police said a man walked up to a teller inside the bank and implied he had a gun.  The teller gave him the money, but a customer followed after him.
The bag that had the money in it was found outside the front door of the bank after he ran on foot away from the building, police said.
