EDGEWATER, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35)
Edgewater police said five people were bitten by a pit bull Sunday morning.
Police said they were originally called out to a home on Marilyn Drive around 9:15 a.m., Sunday, for a report of a toddler that was bitten by a dog.
When police arrived, they found four adults trying to intervene to rescue the child, but they were being bitten by the dog also, police said.
