OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - State troopers arrested Jeannie Petrie, 31, on Friday night.
She's accused of leaving the scene after investigators say she hit and killed a pedestrian in Osceola County.
Troopers say the crash happened Friday night when Petrie was driving north on Marigold Avenue.
They say the victim attempted to cross the road, but was hit head on and run over by Petrie.
Petrie was later arrested at her home and was booked into the Osceola County Jail.
She is now facing charges of leaving the scene of a fatal crash and driving with a suspended license.
