Orange County to vote on spending millions on homeless

Orange County plans to vote on spending more than a million dollars to help the homeless.
 
This comes as the city of Orlando releases details about its plan to fight homelessness.
 
The city wants to spend four million dollars to give homeless people a place to live.
 
The program is also meant to help homeless people with everything from alcohol counseling to life skills.
 
Mayor Buddy Dyer believes housing the homeless makes sense financially.
 
Officials say the four million dollars will be spent in the next five years.
 
Officials say most homeless people will be housed in old hotels that are no longer renting rooms by the night.
