The second man wanted for robbing a McDonalds in Volusia County is behind bars.
Officials say 36-year-old Jermaine Simmons was on the run for weeks until deputies arrested him in a McDonalds drive thru.
Investigators say he was one of two men who robbed the Deland McDonalds back on October 9th.
One suspect was captured but Simmons got away.
During their investigation deputies found a cell phone which official say had pictures of Simmons wearing shoes with bright orange shoelaces.
Deputies say those shoes matched the ones seen in surveillance pictures from the robbery.
Deputies discovered Simmons was living in Sumter County and then found him at the McDonalds drive thru in Bushnell.
Deputies say Simmons bolted from his vehicle leaving his one year old child behind.
