The excessive force trial of a former Orlando Police officer continues Tuesday.
The State plans to call the man who accused the former officer of beating him during an arrest to the stand.
William Escobar is accused of using unnecessary force while arresting Refus Holloway back in March.
Body camera video shows officer Escobar kicking Holloway who was already on the ground in handcuffs.
During opening statements Monday, the jury saw part of that video.
The department decided to fire Escobar after an internal investigation.
He faces two counts of battery and two counts of perjury.
