Crews battle early morning structure fire
MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Brevard County Fire Rescue is working a structure fire in Merritt Island.
BCFR says the fire is in the 6900 block of South Tropical Trail.
Firefighters tell FOX 35 that it is a "heavily involved structure" with exposures.
Crews are battling the fire defensively since there was an issue with access.
Tropical Trail is closed at Pineda Causeway. Drivers please seek an alternate route.
