Central Florida voters heading to the polls for local elections

Central Florida voters have to make a lot of big decisions Tuesday, from taxes to choosing a new mayor. 
In Orlando incumbent Mayor Buddy Dyer is running for re-election against 2 challengers; outsiders Paul Paulson and Sunshine Linda-Marie Grund. 
All 3 mayoral candidates say they have big plans for Orlando if they're elected. 
All the mayoral candidates made their last ditched efforts to persuade voters that they are the best choice.
Grund says if she's elected she would balance the budget, emphasize public safety and push for smart development. 
Paulson stated he would work for sustainable growth, lower crime rate, and roll back the 17.7% property tax increase.
Mayor buddy dyer who is seeking his fourth term as mayor told us he hopes to end homeless among local veterans, protect the city's finances, and continue creating jobs in Orlando. 
Meanwhile, voters in Orlando's District 4 and District 6 will choose their representatives on the City Council and Altamonte Springs will decide on several charter amendments.
Polls open at 7:00 a.m.
