Researchers say drinking more coffee could help fight diabetes, heart disease

Go ahead and enjoy that cup of coffee, or two, or five!  
 
A team of Harvard researchers found people who drink as many as five cups of coffee a day are less likely to die from several diseases including diabetes and heart disease. 
 
The study says even drinking decaf can help. 
 
Researchers say you have to be healthy in other parts of your lifestyle, and drinking coffee does not offset the damage caused by other bad habits.
 
Researchers found that people who drink coffee are more likely to smoke, drink, and eat red meat.
