Universal Orlando Resort looking to improve guest experience

ORLANDO, Fla. (FOX 35 WOFL) - Universal Orlando Resort is looking to improve the theme park experience.

According to the Orlando Business Journal, they are patenting a way to improve the ride controls, calling it 'virtual attraction controller.' They are also patenting 'virtual queuing techniques' in hopes of improving wait times through rides.

This is already used in two of their rides here in Orlando.
